Kenny Lacy is a 6-5 260 pound Offensive Tackle and is among America’s premiere high school football underclassmen descending on San Antonio Jan. 5-7, 2012, to participate in the U.S. Army National Combine. This will be the first time many of these athletes will have their 40-yard dash, 20-yard short-shuttle, 185-pound bench press and vertical jump tested under pressure-cooker conditions. Authority Fitness Combine Performance Training uses science-based, position-specific sports training equipment to improve their speed, power, agility reaction and quickness. We take football training far beyond the standard weight room, to a place where ground-breaking assessment tools, integrated video and performance management software provide a rock-solid framework for developing and evaluating the capabilities of football players from youth to pro.
